Time

What is time? where does it begin or end? ? Is it when the alarm clock goes off or when ever you wake up? Was it 13.8 years ago or does it start with now? Is it about the swing of the pendulum, or the management of time?

It starts with how we understand TIME.

Where does time go?

The best time of my life is now.

consciousness is beyond time, consciousness is timelessness. – Osho

Time exists to bring more fulfillment.

3 things you want more time for?

3 things you feel are wasted time or lost time?

Time management is how you feel inside, its a state of awareness.

Where did the time go? real question should be where did all the opportunities go? Managing time on the inside so opportunities aren’t missed.

Take the time to stop and smell the roses or be the gardener who grows the roses and lives with them all the time.

Look inward, what is important is not the minutes or seconds on the clock but your experience. how you relate to the passage of time makes all the difference.

The biology of time

I attune myself to the flow of Life.

my awareness is aligned with the creative powers of the universe.

The distinction between the past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion – Albert Einstein

Stepping out of time happens when you are totally absorbed in something you love.

What are three things that you fit that describe for you?

Think about how you can make more time for those things you’ve listed.

Positive affirmations about time such as time never runs out, the Timeless is here and now,the present moment is filled with new possibilities.

Mastery of time is a mind body project. because both are involved in the Nao experience and process time. pay attention to your natural biorhythms especially sleep. Sleep resets the biorhythms that have become distorted throughout the day.time becomes your friend when you attuned your self to the Natural flow of life.

Recognizing and healing time dysfunction

I restore inner balance when I live in the now.

Realize deeply that the present moment is all you have -eckhart Tolle

Pressure and stress caused time sickness, how does this affect you right now? Things that put the most stress on you every day such as deadlines at work, not having enough time to finish what you started, money concerns, or not being able to find the time to relax completely.

Journal ways to alleviate these stresses, such as taking a minute break to stretch and breathe every hour during your work day. Spend more time in nature or committing to at least 10 minutes of meditation every day, Come from a space of creating opportunity rather than restriction even small changes make a difference.

Think about how you are experiencing time during your meditations, how if feels different than usual. The psychological aspect of time when your doing something you’re passionate about, time flies. When you’re bored time drags. When you’re doing something that has no meaning to you time has been wasted. We all experienced time according to our psychological state. For someone in love around their beloved seems like a minute, while someone who is suffering with depression a minute feels like an hour.

Time is the ultimate life style disorder. Living life under the pressure of the clock life isn’t being lived. We become robots trained to measure every day by what we achieved or didn’t. We don’t need better time management we need a new state of mind.

How to make time a healer

I experienced the healing power of time.

time discovers truth. Time Heals what reason cannot. -Seneca the Younger

Time Heals all wounds but, the way in which we choose to spend that time will determine if our old hurts are healed or held onto. Sleep renews the mind and body, without good sleep the body clocks are thrown off causing problems starting with fatigue and mental impairment. During sleep the brain clears mental debris and chemical debris waste.

Old time habits & How to change them.

all renewal occurs in the now.

Freedom in life are earned by those alone who conquer them every day a new -Geothe

Break old patterns with stress, as it stresses our health. Take time for yoga or meditation to find the balance and form new habits. There is plenty of resources on YouTube.

Benefits of present moment awareness

I am present to receive the gifts of life.

I invoke the archetype of beauty, gratitude, and generosity.

live in the present and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering -Ida Scott Taylor McKinney

If you live entirely in the present, you are also in control. When you aren’t present, you have lost control. Everything happens inside. It’s not that you are immune to external forces, only that when you notice that you aren’t present, you get back there. Mindfulness

No more time illusions

The only real Time Is Here and Now.

be present in all things and thankful for all things -Maya Angekou

Time is flexible and expandable. Every belief about time is a projection. We make the time we need and we make the time we lose.

Time is your creation to shape and play with.

Its a wonderful Life

My favorite Christmas movie is Its a wonderful life, a classic black and white movie i watched with my grandmother as a child. Lessons in this movie are powerful reminders… It’s not just about us. Other lives matter. We are better, richer, because of other people. When we hurt, we hurt others. When we are in pain, we tend to feel we are suffering alone, but this is never the case. When someone we love hurts – we hurt. We can’t hide our pain from people we love. They know. They may not know how to help or even how to express their concern – at least not in a way we will receive it – but they know – and care. We need community. We really do need people in our life. We never realize this more than when we are in need. (I can’t imagine my life personally without the church.) There is power in cooperation. We can do great things when we work together. I love this quote by Aimee Semple McPherson, “With God, I can do great things! But with God and you, and the people who you can interest, b
